  1. Acceptance of Terms

  By downloading, installing, or using FlowBox ("the App"), you agree to

  be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to

  these Terms, do not use the App.

  2. Description of Service

  FlowBox is a time management and productivity application that provides:

  - Brain Dump: Quick task capture and organization

  - Timeboxing Calendar: Drag-and-drop time block scheduling

  - Focus Mode: Concentration timer with session tracking

  - Analytics: Planned vs. actual time comparison and productivity insights

  3. Use of the App

  3.1 Eligibility

  You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you

  represent that you meet this age requirement.

  3.2 License

  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable

  license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in

  accordance with these Terms.

  3.3 Acceptable Use

  You agree not to:

  - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  - Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App

  - Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  - Attempt to bypass any security features of the App

  - Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

  - Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App

  4. User Data

  4.1 Local Storage

  All data you create within the App (tasks, time blocks, focus sessions,

  settings) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible

  for maintaining backups of your data.

  4.2 Data Loss

  We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device

  malfunction, App uninstallation, software updates, or any other cause.

  We recommend that you regularly back up your device.

  5. Advertisements

  The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the

  App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  - Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App.

  - Ad content is provided by third parties and we do not endorse or

    guarantee the accuracy of any advertisements.

  - Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the respective

    advertiser's terms and policies.

  6. Intellectual Property

  All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to

  the design, graphics, text, code, and overall appearance, are owned by us

  or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our

  trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY

  KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED

  WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND

  NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  We do not warrant that:

  - The App will meet your specific requirements

  - The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

  - The results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or

    reliable

  - Any errors in the App will be corrected

  8. Limitation of Liability

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE

  BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR

  PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF

  PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR

  USE OF THE APP.

  9. Indemnification

  You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages,

  losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees)

  arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of

  these Terms.

  10. Termination

  We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at

  any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of

  these Terms.

  11. Changes to Terms

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms

  will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of

  the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  12. Governing Law

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the

  laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law

  provisions.

  13. Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable,

  the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
